  • [REAL TALK] This is what I mean when I say black people live in a police state

This cop knows he was violating the men's civil rights but he didn't care. If not for the man who was recording he would've continued. He got second thoughts when he heard the man using legal jargon instead of ebonics. And when the man told him his name (known to the police for cop watching) he knew it was time to leave.

This is a normal occurrence in black neighborhoods. Specifically lower income areas.

But it happens in middle class areas also

There is a total disregard by police for the civil rights of black people

But a lot of these so called libertarian here are the first to say they should've just complied with the officers illegal requests

Do you think this is a regular occurrence because the people in question are black, or really because there is a much greater incidence of drug dealing and crime?

if an ethnic group commits over 50% of all crimes and homicides in a nation but they are only 15% of that nation's overall total population, you are bound to have regular run ins with the law.

nevertheless, what you see on this thread and all the cases highlighted by CNN, MSNBC, and all the mainstream legacy media networks who love to rile up a certain segment of the population using the racialist aspect of the liberal agenda is THE EXCEPTION, NOT THE NORM.

btw, police to citizenry interaction has improved greatly in american society when a police officer saying F U is my name to a degenerate is what constitutes a "police state."

can you imagine how police interacted back in the 40s and 50s?

hell, can you imagine modern day police interactions in third world nations????

Cops need to be completely re-training in dealing with citizens. Sh^t is f#cked up. Its more f#cked up in non-white neighborhoods & poor neighborhoods, but there is a general disrespect & your guilty before they accuse you of anything type vibe with them in MOST situations. Thats not how the police should be running around any area.

I get its a tough job, but there are plenty of tough jobs & if you can't handle them then you should be fired. And too few police get fired from their positions for the f#cked up sh^t they do. There is actually too much protection when they do f#cked up sh^t. The police need to spend some time policing the police & getting these mfers to be servants of the community again & that people can actually look up to then be some sort of neighborhood military force.

                Also f#ck the police.

What makes you think that kid is a degenerate? I didn't see any reason to make me think thats the case. He actually seemed quite confident about not having a criminal history & that he was doing nothing wrong yet for some reason he was in cuffs already.

So you're saying that it's only right that I'm harassed by cops just based on my skin color?
