Show evidence of that. 1. If true, it would be hilarious. 2. I HIGHLY doubt thats true because womens basketball isnt on Saturday nights and the "biggest" womens game is probably the NCAA championship which is on a Sun/tues night.

None of what you said equates to money, none of what you said seems to be getting many people to watch his fights on TV or live. I dont think Wilder can justify 50% but i think it ended up looking realistic. Thats why his calander has been filled for the next rest of his career. They knew they were on the verge of getting the 50-50 they thought was the perfect road block.

But you say IF NOT MORE?? You think he should push for 60-40 in his favour after the dismal numbers he brings to the table, which are also going down fight to fight? Id need some convincing before i could agree with that.

At DaNeutral I think a couple more 1 round knockouts will convince you.deontay fought two killers back to back and made his mandatory look like an amateur what more do you want buddy

Then in the tier below that you have (it's personal preference over which is most popular, I put boxing at 5 because I'm a fan):

5. Boxing
6. Golf
7. Cricket
8. Snooker
9. MMA
10. NFL

So at best, boxing is only 5th biggest.
Not my personal list, but I’d say it’s

1) Football
2) Rugby Union
3) F1
4) Cricket
5) Tennis
6) Golf
7) Rugby League
8) Pub Sports (Darts/Snooker)
9) Cycling
10) Boxing

Athletics and swimming are more participation sports than viewing sports. NFL the most unlucky to miss out, though it’s growing fast. No idea where to put horse racing.

Boxing is bigger in the UK than it is in the US now. It has been steadily rising, and the US market for boxing has been steadily declining. Pricing for boxing is a big factor for this. Good fights are also not easily accessible. Look at what WWE did once it's PPV model was dying in the US, they made it a sub for $10 bucks a month or whatever the price is.

Wlad-Joshua live views was sh/t in the US also, 660k viewers. In Germany the fight had over 10 million viewers. On Sky PPV it sold 1.5 million ppv's.

At $65-75 per PPV Joshua wouldn't sell much either in the US or in the UK.

Meanwhile UK PPV's are 19.95, or $23 dollars.

Seats in US arenas cost an arm. In the UK they are packed because they are a lot cheaper. The cheapest ticket price for Joshua vs Povetkin was 40, with tickets also at 60, 80, 100, 150 and 200+.

To top it all off, it costs almost nothing to tune into MLB, NBA, NFL, Hockey regular season games and their biggest games like playoffs and championship games. You do not have to pay $65 dollars to watch the Yankees vs Red Sox on tv, or pay $150 for the cheapest seats for a NY Knicks game.
