Its illegal in the state of Kansas to threaten violence on someone as a form of self defense if you pull a gun you better shhot somebody or you're going to jail.

Ive never been a fan of pulling a gun unless you plan on shooting somebody anyway, but putting it into law is a bit extreme.

The law actually encourages gun violence maybe this is something to look at when discussing gun laws.
