I am not a boxer but I am a big fan. I am a triathlete looking for some good nutrition advice on dropping weight. I am competing in a Ironman distance race in April and I am in the need of dropping 10 - 20 pounds while still keeping my nutrition needs up. On an average day I will burn 1800 - 2600 cals during my training. An average day starts with a 1 - 2 mile swim and either a 20 - 40 mile ride or a 6 - 10 mile run. I am burinning about 800 - 1000 cals/hr.
I have dropped 30 pounds since my training started in August but I am having trouble dropping that last bit.
I am here because I know that boxers are good at dropping weight and I would like some good advice.
