  • Should i cut?

    Hey guys! Havent been training for 3 years.

    Recently i started weight training 3 days a week, and gonna start Boxing again this january! But should i just stop eating all sugar and, eat clean and strictly healthy. Or should i count calories and cut?

    Just eat sensibly and bust your ass at the gyms while drinkink lots of water. Be true to it and it will be true to you. ......Rockin'

      I estimate your bf to be about 25% - 30%.

      In that pic Kessler is about 15%.

      If you want to get there it’s simple math, you need to be in a caloric deficit, depending how high it is will take several months of watching calories in and burning calories by exercise

        Sorry the simple math is;

        You need to cut 15% of your bodyweight so it’s;

        15% * YourWeightInLBS

        Average of reduced calories and exercise you can get into a net calorie deficit of 3,500 per week which is one lb.

        That gives you approx how many weeks are needed.
