Technically sound means voice clarity...breath control (not out of breath or breathing heavy on the mic/record/song)...ability to pronounce and enunciate clearly...stop and change flows on a dime...that’s what technically sound means!!!...Also they’re ability to be lyrical has to factor in...you have to have lyrics!!!...Can’t just be sayin’ nothin’!!!...So guys who have bars...meaning punch lines filled with metaphors and similies...not exactly the “lyrical miracle” bullshit either...I think that’s what you meant but nah it’s not that kind of rap per se!!!...
