It isnt the people who are saying Elway doesnt like Tebow its Elways saying that **** he has never liked him from jump street and kid is a lil unorthodoxed thats for sure but he is getting the job done so why talk **** none of the guys Elway wanted to start worked out not even a little bit so **** him and Rock out TEBOW do the dam thang!

Orton really wasn't Elway's guy either. If he was he probably wouldn't have cut him. Since he took over the job he's known that Denver needs that franchise QB. He just doesn't think its Tebow.

I guarantee he is not happy the Broncos are winning like this. He thought that throwing Tebow in wouldn't change anything, and they would be in position to draft Luck and or someone else in the draft.

He's not going to be mad that they are winning, but this sure as hell isn't what he wanted to happen when they put Tebow in. What other GM has refused to back a young QB like Elway has refused to back Tebow?

Elway isn't caught up in the hype. He sees Tebow for what he is, a very, very, very unimpressive quarterback. He's glad to be winning, but he knows that with Tebow at the helm it wont lead to anything significant.... at least not for some time.

It's just ego, most retired athletes think they were better in their prime than the athletes of today.
