If u haven't bought a gun recent years, you're not on the dros

You will have to get a different kind of background check, more expensive and not as fast.

Walmart gonna do that?? crazy... yeah my certificates from DOJ expired 2017 so I guess Ill have to do another... Im still working off the stuff I had but at some point imma have to go in and buy more...

Safety certificate only need to be current for buying guns

Dros is the background check and sales receipt

If u have bought a gun legally past decade or so, you should be in the system and they can run like an instant background check

If you havent had a dros then you'll have to do old school background check

Yeah I got my last gun in 2017 I guess imma just have to go in and see what they do ..........I can use some more 9mm.....maybe ill go this weekend

Any brand of ammo to avoid?

I'm seeing lots of new stuff in the place I buy:

Seller & Bellot
Wolfammo
Tulammo
Magtech
Aguila
Frontier
RIP

I haven't used any of those hollow points, though the Aguila target ammo is not very dirty and cheaper than other brands

I try to stick with the big us manufacturers

Federal, Remington, winchester

Some good ones for euro are geco, sellier & beloit

Pmc is Korean and makes okay stuff

Cci/speer lawman is good but cci blazer brass is dirty

That's for brass


My russian/Chinese/east euro ak/sks I feed steel case tula, red army standard

Wolf is good but wolf is all over the place, they dont make ammo, they contract with different ammo makers all over Russia and wolf gold is Taiwan I think
