When ever I hear "napoleon complex" I think of Chihuahuas trying to attack every big dog they see.

Once I was walking a 160 pound dog down the street and a three legged chihuahua charged out of a garage to attack my dog(which would have eaten him). The owner came running out and grabbed him apologizing while I noticed the dog was also was missing one eye. I mentioned to the guy that it only had one eye and only three legs, the guy said "yeah he does this a lot".
