Well he's standing that ground all alone now.

It's a mandated fight though right? So it's possible they do a final purse bid and Top Rank wins? That would be interesting. Would Wilder go to ESPN or vacate?

This is what Wilder and his fans don’t understand. Wilder walks around with a sense of entitlement despite the fact it took him 39 fights before he actually took on a legit opponent in Ortiz, who is 39, fat and has no stamina. If he had managed his career better instead of fighting no-hopers for chump change he would be the one with the fat contract. I bet that $15M offer for AJ or $7M for Whyte is looking real good now. Wilder will be lucky if he sniffs $2M in his next fight if it isn’t Fury or Whyte.

Weren't you claiming that Wilder was going to duck the Fury rematch?

Warren/Fury still says they want the fight. Id Wilder going to go to ESPN? He's not exclusive to showtime.

The WBC purse bid is still on the horizon. We'll see if Tyson Fury really wants the fight once PBC/Showtime wins it.

Assuming of course that he doesn't pull out of it before then.

Fury is tied to ESPN. Wilder isn't tied to Showtime. If Wilder won't go to ESPN then it's on him that the fight doesn't happen.

wilder will make 5-7 mil a fight with whomever he fights from here on out if he stays winning...its simple...hes worth more than any HW besides joshua

what you dont realize is that that 80 mil figure is just a number being tossed out in a press release and has fights with wilder and AJ figured into it

its the equivalent of an nfl player signing a big deal that gets put out there where he makes "100 million"...but actually only about 30 of that is guaranteed...and he can be cut after 3 years and never see a dime over 30.....its no different...the 80 mil is not guaranteed and hes not getting it without fighting wilder or AJ

wilder, like i said, is worth more than any HW out there besides joshua...if fury doesnt fight him this year he will still make 5-7 fighting whoever...whyte...brezeale...kownacki...whoever... .

and when thats over all roads will lead back to wilder...if fury and aj fight each other? ok...whoever wins has to answer the wilder question....so wilder is not in any weak position...all he has to do is keep winning like everyone else...and the road leads back to him

thats what you fail to understand

I'm hearing that Showtime has exclusive rights to a Wilder-Fury rematch.

If that's true then Fury just ducked the fight by signing exclusively to ESPN.

This LDBC guy going crazy with his keyboard and crack pipe.

Wilder is a 2 mil fighter. Which is why the UK fighters are getting big US deals and he isn't.
