  • Why do euro fighters go by different standards to everyone else?

Crolla would be a step up for most other fighters in there 14th fight. Its only because lomachenko has set the bar so high already that it looks like an easy fight. And youve got idiots on here painting some narrative of him as a cherry picker despite having rigondeaux, walters, russell, linares on his resume within 14 fights. Please tell who your favourite fighters were fighting within that amount of fights. Hes challenged himself earlier than any other fighter in history and people still arent happy. Seems like every european fighter has a target on their back and arent allowed to be praised.

Lomachenko is considered the P4P best fighter in the world, or at worst top 3. Crolla will properly be considered a huge mismatch but guess what? It's a mandatory defense so what can you do. Either he defends his title against Crolla or vacates.

And your point about Crolla being considered a step up for most who have 14 fights is so damn stupid. How many fighters turn pro at the age of 25? How many pros are 30 years old after 13 fights? How many fights a guy has nothing to do with Crolla being considered a step up or not. If Lomachenko was say 23 years old in his 14th fight where he didn't already have the likes of Walters/GRJ/Salido/Rigo/Linares/etc on his resume? Then sure, you can say this would have been considered a step up fight. But that's just not the case here.

Multi olympic Champion that is already in his 30s is judged by different standards. His fans want to act like he's a novice when it suits them.

Was O'campo a cherry pick for Spence? Sometimes it makes sense to vacate for bigger fights, but other times it doesn't. Lomachenko wants to be undisputed at 135 and that is a great thing. Why would he just vacate here? Just hope his next fight is a top level bout.

Lomachenko is way more experienced than Wilder and Davis. Not even close.
