On the real, Erik B and Rakim, EPMD, and Gangstarr get my vote.

If we're talkin "duos" as far as rappin in concerned, Gangstarr isn't necessarily a "duo" in that sense. Same goes for Tribe, De La, EPMD who had DJs as stables of the groups if we really have to get technical lol.
