Ever watch that movie “waking life”. Filled with know it all characters kinda animated over speaking about philosophy, life, death... etc...

Lots of trite, over used existential double speak.. it can be interesting.

Golden Balls with Javier Bardem.... my buddy Chris thinks Bardem resembles me a little, but **** that, he ain’t ****.

      _______

Just finished Goodnight Mommy - 6/10. A little slow but not too bad. Kinda similar to a movie i watched not too long ago which i had rated here.

Watched Murder On The Orient Express (2017) last week which i forgot to give a rating - 6.5/10

Gonna watch Dogtooth next. Just realize its from Yorgos Lanthimos who did The Lobster and The Killing of a Sacred Deer. Let's see what it gives.
i dont remember a battle (i like battles)
      a 2nd shot is needed

yeah, goodnight mommy was a slow burner indeed. 3 peoples (no eye candy) dont leave much room for action
im still not sold on what i think happened at the end.

dogtooth is not intentionally funny. def freaky, doe

I've heard of "Waking Life" too by Richard Linklater but haven't watch it yet. He also did another animated movie "A Scanner Darkly".

"Boyhood" was a pretty fun movie.

If you're in the mood for a simple kidnapping movie which revolve around a place just like "Goodnight Mommy" check out The Disappearance of Alice Creed. It only has three actors/actress.

I did a rating here awhile back too. Who knew a simple movie can be pretty good.

I actually like waking life a lot, but my wife and friends don’t like it at all. My wife said she feels dizzy watching it.
