PR did bankrupt themselves... USA doesn't set their budgets or agendas or forces them to borrow.. doesn't have any influence on their tax policy..

PR tax policies forced companies to leave, which shrank the tax revenue, which caused PR to be 72 billion in debt.. America had nothing to do with that, neither did capitalism..

It does have an adverse effect. There is no think about it, but here is the kicker it is possible for me to say that it has an adverse effect in SOME ASPECTS. But just because I think capitalism has SOME bad points it doesn't mean I am a communist who thinks capitalism is totally wrong.
