I can't handle overly emotional people

I just can't do it man.

I don't know how some people are able to live, or even work, with people who can't control their emotions. You basically put yourself at their mercy - any little ****ing thing can set them off, sometimes they just wake up with the piss out of them.

How do you do it? Lately I've started just straight up ignoring their existence. And although it's not a solution I also don't have to put up with their crap if I literally don't even acknowledge they're even in the same room as me.
