Any proof of kirkland lifting weights??

Throughout the telecast last night steward and max were saying kirkland has been lifting heavy weights. He did look really slow/tight, did kirkland lift heavy weights for this training camp??

I dont think Kirkland is lifting anymore than is he usually was. Stewart was pissing me off because he was talking like he knew Kirkland was lifting weights. How about it was the holding by Molina that blunted Kirkland offense that is why he looked usually slow.
