I doubt this surgeon would recommend anyone get punched in the face for a living.

Yet someone his recommendation to not get punched in the face for a living is relevant when we want to excuse a quitter.

Dubois is a quitter. He can’t get a doctors note for quitting. This is boxing, not grade school.
See I can see what you're saying but I can also see why carrying on with an injury that might mean you never fight again might not be a good idea,as far as earning a living in the future.I wouldn't question Vitalis courage but he quit with an injury to save hes career,an injury alot less serious than an eye fracture. The Gman sat it out against Benn with double vision ,and it turns out a good thing that he did.You sign up to fight and may the best man win.You dont sign up to sacrifice your life or sight for entertainment, although it's a possibility .

Someone tell Eddie Hearn, who tried to claim it wasn’t a fractured orbital You have to wonder if Eddie is even serious at times or just trying to get a reaction.

Dubois should take a year out atleast I’d say. He has a lot of things to work on.

Wish the boy luck , take your time , as long as it takes , if not don’t risk your long term health , take a year off and study to achieve a chosen career path as a back up , if you can come back sometimes the best winners are ones who know what it’s like to lose ..GOOD LUCK

I'm for Joe but Daniel did the right thing and possibly saved his sight. There's no point for the specialist to lie about the seriousness of the injury , so there you go.Daniel sensibly lives to fight another day and earn to pay the bills.Still young and a good career ahead.

It’s impossible to have a take if you haven’t done it.

              Who did you vote for?

Wrong! I can tell you never held political office!

What gas station do you go too?

Wrong! I can tell you never refined gasoline!

              What car do you drive?

Wrong! I can tell you’ve never built a car!

What soda pop do you like to drink?

Wrong! I can tell you never made soda pop from scratch before!

              Where do you live?

Wrong! I can tell you didn’t build that house with your bare hands!

What kind of clothes do you like to wear?

Wrong! I can tell you’ve never hand stitched fabric together before.

See how stupid your logic is now?

I’m not saying he didn’t have a reason to quit.

                But he quit.

No matter how many articles the promoter friendly boxing media runs, it’s not going to change the fact that he quit.

                He quit.

                He quit.

                He quit.

                The ****ing end.

You dont even realize your post just proved my point. If you have NEVER done these things yourself, how the fack can you criticize how someone does it professionally?
If you never had your orbital bone broken. How the fack can you know when its time to quit for your own good so you wont have permanent damage?

Did you see what the PROFESSIONAL doctor said about his injury?
The point is YOU DONT KNOW.
                  Idiot smh

Your logic says I can’t criticize Adolf Hitler because I’ve never been elected the supreme leader of a country.

It’s shocking I have to make multiple posts to explain this.
