Yes, you have a right to carry a firearm in accordance with the right to defend yourself or in resistance of oppression. Neither of those were being compromised in this situation. He did not have the right to pull a firearm as neither him or his property were being threatened.

You might have a quiet neighbourhood - this guy says they have a problem with drug dealing, which means they probably don't have a quiet neighbourhood. I.e. this man has a right to call the police, not the right to pull a gun on someone - an act for which he should have been arrested immediately and had his gun confiscated.

Did you see this guy point a gun at the black guy? Nobody seen what happened before the black guy came back with his camera therefore we don't know certain things.

To be fair, the white guy didnt pull out the gun till the black man returned back to confront him (they already had a confrontation prior to when the video starts and no gun was pulled) then he pulled it out, stand your ground!

Poor black dude didn't have a cell phone to call the cops, I wanted to see how this would have went down law wise.

... So: the black dude was walking while videotaping what's in front of him... The white dude maybe finds that to be curious enough; he quits the walkway and steps way back on the lawn... The black dude turns the camera on the white dude and begins to confront him... The white dude pulls out his gun... The black dude continues to videotape and confront him and says that he himself doesn't have a cell phone in order to call 911... So: he has a camera but doesn't have a cell phone... !?!

You have the right to bear arms! If I saw a suspicious person in my neighborhood I'd pull out my gun too. People case cars all the time. In nice residential neighborhoods you can tell when people don't belong around there. He didn't threaten the guy he just showed it so that that guy knows no foul shit is happening in his neighborhood and they are armed.
