So I'm hearing the black foreman juror had a felony on his record. Why this juror was allowed to be selected as a juror with a felony on his record is dazzling.
That said, ironically, the day he was selected as a juror, the felony was dropped from his record. No one knows why the felony was dropped from his record and no one can answer any questions surrounding it.
"Montgomery was indicted last year on the charge of breach of trust with fraudulent intent, which carries up to five years in prison. A prosecutor in Wilson's office, Assistant Solicitor Ted Corvey, dropped it Nov. 17 "per statue," paperwork stated without giving further reasoning".
In other words, the day Montgomery is made the jury foreman by the judge, his charges are mysteriously dropped?
