    vid of me doing some neck training, anyone else doing this? What u think of neck training?

    I dunno, that just KILLS my head...

    I just stick to trap and delt work for protection.

      I dont know about that. But in my gym we used to lay down on the edge of the ring with our necks hanging off the edge. We'd let it go down then bring it back up, then do 'reps' of those. Then get on our left side and let our neck hang down and thing bring it back up, we'd do it with our right side and laying on our stomachs.

        I do lots of bridges, but I don't rock back and forth like the guy in the video. I simply hold the bridge for five mins, rest a minute, and repeat. Then I do the same thing with a front bridge.

          this does not really improve punch resistance. You cannot "pump" your chin.
          What this helps is make your head bounce less when it gets punched. This is especially useful in amateur boxing. When head bounce a lot, this makes great impression on judges
