  • The wage gap discrimination thing is a myth...

The wage gap is simply the average earning of men and women working full time. It does not count for different job positions, hours worked, or different jobs. It has nothing to do with the same job. It has nothing to do with discrimination.

It has been illegal to pay women less since the 1960's...

Use this when you are tired of repeating the same explantation over and over again to internet feminists who cling on to "muh wage gap" for dear life and wish it was caused by sexism. because without the wage gap they know their movement is useless. keep in mind this is like showing somebody proof their god does not exist. you might be blocked, flagged, called a sexist/misogynist/rapist/right-wing/donald trump supporter/MRA for speaking about this.

Why are you so worried about people getting paid equally for the same work?

I agree. Jordan Peterson talks about this in some of his podcasts & sh^t. A lot of the low pay women get that isn't based on men taking the jobs women won't do &/or being available more often due to not having to have kids or take care of them or various sh^t like that is the fact that women are more agreeable then men hence they don't test out their value or challenge their value as much as men. He actually has helped women in business to enhance their ability to make more money due to their own personality traits that women are more likely to have, but can be changed.

Thing that people don't mention is that shy people make less money for this reason. Overweight people make less money for similar reasons. All kinds of people don't test their value enough. As the saying goes you gotta ask for something before you can get it. And a lot of times the mere asking is the thing holding people back from the getting part.

I’m sexist... I am... I did not like wimmin on my team... software development chit...they’d always go home on time, never code as good as a guy, have family emergencies, boy friend break up needs.. they may be as capable..maybe... but they could not deliver .... I gave them less bonus, they worked less hours, produced less code..

I almost had an EEOC lawsuit, but I kept meticulous notes..
I shut that chit down with facts.. her attorney was like a deer in the headlights..

Women are now paid marginally more for the work they do when all variables are accounted for.

In the other direction is a myth.

I call it "sociological lag". People tend to become "woke" about a problem only when the problem is already over and the pendulum has swung in the opposite direction.

This makes sure one group is always being kicked when they're already down via outdated information.

                Human nature is beautiful.
