Took a quick look at MAIC report. You cannot be prosecuted for libertarianism. Moreof a "Be on the lookout for" type release. Police agencies recieve huge amounts of intelligence data and some of it is advising of things which are relatively innocuous in and of themselves. You still cannot be prosecuted for downloading this video.
