I'll admit I didn't pay close attention to the video. After further review:





It's the same check written by Floyd Mayweather Promotions LLC "operating expense".



Smart move. As my father always said "pay yourself first". So him not needing to cash the check is very plausible.

100mil untouched.

Note, this is also part of the way Floyd has extra flexibility/complexity in his tax structure. Floyd Mayweather didn't get a check for $100m (personal income tax, state/local tax; like most folks who file); Mayweather Promotions paid an expense to Floyd Mayweather LLC amounting to $100m (b2b transaction, expense added to the other costs to offset revenues that came into Mayweather Promotions on the event, lowering the base from where any tax is assessed).
