The #1 goal is for N. Korea not to launch a Nuke. They already have nukes and getting them to dismantle their nuke program is unrealistic and would be suicide for them when they have a hostile army stationed in S. Korea. Jong-un learned the lessons of Ghaddafi & Hussein when it comes to getting rid of your Nukes.

I don't care if talks continued for 100 years. As long as neither one of us don't launch Nukes then keep talking.
