it's so sad that a person in floyd's position only cares about himself.. bro... there is other athletes just like you! you aint the only one out there. everyone is great in their own rights. i dont know why floyd is so salty when it comes to this topic. NOBODY can be the best ever. it's NOT possible. you cannot sit there and say that you're better than the ones who came before you because there is really NO way to find out.

That's a team sport. Lebron can't fight for 20 years & go unbeaten.

lebron can walk into a room full of strangers and everyone would run to lebron..

floyd on the other hand can walk into a room full of strangers and no one would really care about it.

LeBron would win this debate easily.. however I prefer it be neither of them.. both have egos way 2 huge.

For someone that was incredibly gifted, the best fighter of his era, achieved so much, made so much money and will go down as a great...Floyd is incredibly insecure.

You know you are NOT the athlete of the decade when you have to claim that you are.

LeBron didn't get to pick which teams and players he played against either...

The Golden State Warriors team was at their absolute prime and was on a 73-9 season, you compare that to Pacquiao who was already old and got knocked out.

Lebron beating out 73-9 warriors is the equivalent of Roberto Duran beating a 25 year old SRL.
I was comparing crowning achievements. There was nobody at 147 that anyone would have picked to beat Mayweather not named Pacquiao, regardless of age (and that's still true today unless you get hard for Crawford). The age thing really makes no sense either, because Mayweather is 2 years older than Pacquiao, and has been a boxer far longer. Ali getting knocked out doesn't make him any less great. That's one of the dumber criticisms among so called boxing fans IMHO. Pacquiao had been KO'd twice as a poor malnourished kid, long before we ever cared about his ascent to greatness. It also took Marquez 4 tries to get that KO, and he's still losing the series. Pacquiao is #1 at welterweight, 5 years after already being allegedly old and washed up, so that should tell you something about him. James' numbers against the 2016 Warriors are comparable to the Pacquiao win, because there wasn't a better horse to beat in either case.

None of his reasons were remotely relevant. 1996 to 2020, he stopped in 2017 with McGregor. His salary means nothing, abd not being with any company means no one wants to deal with you. Serena Williams won a tournament pregnant and has been the most dominant athlete in her craft with no competitor close. I think she could've won over LBJ but certainly not Floyd

Love how Floyd thinks 24 years is a decade.
