What I don't understand is that Pacquiao has refused time and time again to face Cotto above 147 pounds. If they are so sure they can beat him why ask for 147 and now 150? They faced Clottey at 147, Hatton at 140, Bradley at 147, Margarito at 150, Marquez at 144 and the best offer they have given Cotto are 145 for the first fight and during negotatiations earlier this year 147. Now they are "willing to fight him at 150" but not 154.Comment
