My understanding of the situation is that Arum and Haymon negotiated the fight through Greenburg. When all points were agreed to, Haymon took the contract to Mayweather, who has yet to sign or even comment. Ellerbe, who likely doesn't know anything, mucked things up for Team Mayweather by opening his dick sucker and making comments.
