Anyone use a Bob XL Punchbag?

Anyone use a Bob XL Punchbag? If so how is weighted? I have added 230lbs of sand but it still moves around, any idea's?

BTW its on a concrete floor!

i have the same problem...my one is in the garage but when i use it it gradually spins around and moves backwards so i have less and less room to move.

If you smack it really hard with a hook the thing lifts off...

I dont think there is much you can do other than addding water to the sand, it would then be much heavier...

To get it out you`d need to hose it and gradually pour it out.

Yeah, I've thought about adding water, the only thing is it will probably set and be immposible to get back out, saying that I dont plan on selling it so I might go ahead and do it!
