Soto is the best Lighweight on the planet.

Rios was supposed to have fought Soto on the Chavez-Gomez Dec 4th undercard, but Rios chickened-out (just like Anthony Peterson previously chickened-out too).
so Arum put Rios vs a Bum named Noe Bonalos while Soto goes vs Antillon, but Rios didnt want fans to realize that he's ducking Soto, so he had Arum move him to fight on th Pac-Margarito undercard.

Now, that Rios (and Peterson too) are done fighting , none of them mention anything about wanting to fight Soto, cause they're scared of Soto, just like Pacman, Marquez, barrera, Morales, Valero (when he was alive), all were.

Marquez wants to fight at WW, he is a waste case there. He lost every round he ever fought at WW. Why is Marquez avoiding the Jr. WW division, he's avoiding Khan, Berto, and Alexander. Like I said, Marquez is a waste case at 140 and above. Khan, Berto, and Alexander would whup him.

Marquez campaigns at 135 and fight guys like Katsidis and avoids Khan and Berto.

Katsidis is no where close to Berto and Khan. Marquez is going around showing his trophy of winning over a 135 pounder in Katsidis. That is no justification for a fight at WW, especially against a proven WW like Pacquiao.

Marquez must at least fight someone at 140 or 147 and prove he can win a round. Marquez is totally ineffective at 140 and above. His performance against Mayweather show how slow and fat he is at WW. If Pacquiao can take Margarito's punch, weighing 17 more pounds than Pacquiao, Marquez will be pulverized at WW by Pacquiao.

I don't want to see another performance from Marquez at WW until he takes on some one at 140 first. Like Berto, Khan, or even Hatton.

Marquez don't deserve to fight Pacquiao at WW, he has not proven he can fight there. Mosley is a legit WW, he KO'd Margarito at WW. We all know Mosley can fight effectively at WW, Marquez on the other hand got shut out fighting at WW.

JMM did want to fight khan, but Khan already has a fight scheduled.

Mayweather cheated on the catchweight contract and came in as a 162lbs vs a smaller 146lb. JMM.

Pac's fight withh Margarito should not be considered at all, cause the fight was FIXED.

Mosleys performance over Margarito was FAKE, cause Mosley was "juiced-up" with EPO Steroids/Hormones the night they fought, and Oscar and Shaeefer helped Mosley avoid detection.

Pac is not a proven WW, cause he cheats with EPO steroids, ducks many challenges, cherrypicks weight drained ctahcweights, and has had 3 FIXED FIGHTS.

Pac is the biggest fraud, in the history of boxing.
but gets a free-pass, cause he brings in Asian $$$.
