Cute as hell but very tiny. You would outgrow it very quickly. Add to the cost LAND as well as sundry costs to install/build. You would be well over $125,000 in the end for sure. For that amount you could buy a nice condo or even a free standing home in most states.

90K for that thing? 400 SQ ft?

it's pretty but that would be about the dumbest thing you could do if you wanted to buy a house.

90K can buy quite a bit in the right state. mortgage rates are still relatively low.

Some how the building company figured that this house is worth 99k now that is August, as opposed to 89k in July. Was there a sharp increase in the cost of steel? Are sinks and refrigerators now scarce with their prices going through the roof? It honestly just sounds like some corporate greed to me. For 100k I'll just see if I can get one built myself. But I am still checking tiny homes.....Rockin'

I don't know where you are but this mobile home in Mesa Arazona goes for $44K - 1,352 sq ft. It doesn't really look like a mobile home and is much bigger at less than 1/2 the price. You can click the top right/Mobile Homes for Sale and select your area after.

Click on the pic to the right and then see the interior...it's pretty nice and comes furnished.

Bigger in this case does not mean better. I really need something that is smaller and easy to get around in. Still, thankyou for your suggestion. I live in .Michigan…..Rockin'
