I don't know if this fight has a rematch clause, but a rematch can happen even if there's no title on the line. If the first fight was that good enough for the fans to clamor for a second one, it can happen. Think Gatti/Ward, no title on the line and I think there was no rematch/rubber match clause too, but they get to dance three times...
