Yeah, cant argue with you there. We build immunity, we tan, even our intelligence and athleticism is passed down through generations.

With all of that said, building an immunity is not the same as sea creatures somehow growing legs and crawling out of water while simultaneously changing their breathing apparatus, shedding their skin, and reforming their eyeballs to become literally every single living thing on land, this includes plants, trees, and all living organisms.

I could see how that conclusion could be drawn by taking it to its extreme, but requires faith and a span of a billion years.
