Not from my experience they're not.


All the blacks I worked with here in L.A were always lazy and complained about everything even after getting a million chances to prove themselves cuz' the bosses were too afraid to fire them.

The latino's on the other hand, put their nose to the grindstone and just worked their asses off. Except for this one Salvadorean guy who always came in late, but they fired his ass quick.

Blacks came in late all the time and always got a million chances.


The whites were always good at cheating the system and making it appear as if they worked hard, but really didn't. They just got by because they were white.
