      All of the Eastern European countries who are in the EU, like Poland, Latvia, Estonia, etc... but Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine at the moment no, although with time Ukraine could join if it enters the EU and sorts it's problems out with Russia first.

      Countries with similar cultures and more importantly economies i'd be more open to having open borders with.

        I have no problem having open borders with developed countries whose citizens aren't going to rush over here as soon as they're allowed. Mexico is quite a different country than Germany in every single respect.
