Probably Kwame Brown.Bowie had a strong pedigree, was considered better than Ralph Sampson (until the Capital Classic) in high school, and was an All-American Player before and after he got hurt.JR Reid, despite his talent, was also a bad draft pick.

there's a difference between bowie can't stay healthy and oden can't stay healthy.

bowie would play 50-60 games a year at 25 minutes per game at like 70-80% health and put up 15 and 8 or something.

so he contributed and left you thinking what could he have done 100% with more minutes.
