Davis is probably going to outgrow his division considering he's only 22ish years old. I think him vs Lomachenko would be a tremendously great fight to be made, but he really isn't ready despite having more fights. I imagine he needs at least 3-4 more fights before he mght be considered ready. I expect they'll cherrypick two or three easy names and get one decent name out of all the next upcoming fights.
Of course, I really don't see Lomachenko fighting him anytime soon unless Davis demands the fight. Floyd is his promoter, and he's going to protect his young prodigy's zero, as he knows just how great Lomachenko is from being a talented boxer himself.
