160 is to high and Felix will not negotiate weight.
Cotto will not fight him in Europe.

he fought ODLH in Nevada after all.

Cotto doesn't need to win a title at 160, he's a 3 division champ already.
He should concentrate on LMW and try to get fights win Canelo, Dzinziruk, Kirkland etc.
