Ricky Hatton vs Shawn Porter would've been a headbutt clinching mauling nightmare.. a great fight.

Havent seen much of Hatton but i do believe he had a huge following making for some awesome atmosphere at all the fights he was in.
Therefore making the fights more exciting and dangerous.
From what ive read he seems to be a dirty clinching fighter.
Come to think of it im going to have to watch his fights now to give my own opinion.

Yeah, his fight against Mayweather and Pacquiao were the most enjoyable.

He wasn't aesthetically pleasing and his style sometimes lending toward breaking the rules but he did make for some exciting fights by constantly pressing forward. That doesn't always work though does it? He sometimes smothered his own work. Horn vs Crawford reminded me a bit of Mayweather vs Hatton.

As an event, for atmosphere then yes.

As boxing entertainment, skill and technique...NO.

Nah. I preferred the finesse and pizzazz of Joey Zag.
