Thats why its important to find out what happen in the beginning which u seem to ignore and jump straight to believing the video editors narrative of hating the cops

The verbal threat to assault the kid was a crime. But the other cop didn't arrest the off duty cop. He allowed him to commit a crime right in front of him.
