Exactly, along with Alzheimer's disease as recent research is discovering. I really hope this guy is just trolling and nobody takes his advice. This is a good way to cut several years from your lifespan.

My best friend from childhood always felt that sleep was overrated. He claimed to have never slept more than 4 or 5 hours a night. He died at 37 of a massive heart attack. Who knows if the lack of sleep was the culprit but i'm getting my winks in. Rest in peace buddy! Really good dude!

Rest in peace to your friend. Sleep is most important pillar of health yet so many disregard it especially now in this "hustle culture."

I've recommended this book on here before and cannot recommend it enough to anybody interested on the importance of sleeping.

Yeah I don't think this type of sleep is optimal lol...

I've gotten to the point where i'm functional but I feel depressed as hell and I feel like dying. I have all these unexplainable dark feelings and angst...

I'm just ****ing depressed. Although I'm not entirely sure if thats because of the polyphasic sleep or because I failed at getting my true love back, even though I did everything humanly possible to get her back. She just changed I guess.

Do people really change that much? It's so hard to believe that someone who once loved me so much now feels absolutely nothing but resentment towards me.

I want to die.
