It was easy work for a past prime 40 yr old Pac.
Broner actually had the tools to cause this version of Pacquiao some problems but just never applied himself for whatever reason. He just goes into a shell, I think the Maidana beatdown mentally broke him and he’s never recovered. Credit to Pacquiao for still being a world class fighter at 40 yrs old and 70 fights deep but he is no longer the elite force he once was. I sincerely hope this is the end to his ATG career. I have absolutely no interest in a rematch with another “retired” fighter. |

Pacquiao won 11 of the 12 rounds. The scorecards were too close. 119 to 109 for Pacquiao was my card and the scorecard of boxing scene. The ones who put on the show wanted Broner to win and they probably got to the judges just as Oscar probably gets to the judges for important fights his boxers are in. You can never prove the judges were influenced. You can only suspect it.
