If you want to make a fair comparisons, shouldnt you take the timeframe into account?

Wilder has been a champ since January 2015, Joshua since April 2016.

Joshua has been champ for 2 years and 4 months now.
After 2 years and 4 months as a champion Wilder defended his belt 5 times.

The only top 10 fighter he fought in that stretch was Bermane Stiverne who by all acounts is pretty overrated for only having Chris Arreola on his resume lol.

ajs resume is better but not by much, his fans act like hes fought nothing but killers and elite fighters while wilder has fought nothing but bums. no current HW has a killer resume, they need to stop acting like aj is the savior of boxing. im happy that they got a good fighter but they are going a bit too far

Brits always bring up Wilder's record and number of fights but yet consider Brook some elite talent but he was a pro for over 10 years before he actually fought a decent opponent. Brook is 1-2 against top fighters and undefeated against all those Euro bums.

Am definitely one brit that didn’t consider brook the man. The same thing I criticise Brook for before Spence, was the same thing that I criticise Wilder for. I remember saying it back then that Wilder and Brook have almost the same resume.
