    Guess you can't win'em all.
Personally, if Pac had requested OST as a fight deal breaker, I'd be as exasperated as I am now.

Just make the ****ing fight. If it's good enough for all the other fights in the history of the sport, it's good enough for these two.

advanced testing will mean doing away with invasive tests such as drawing substantial amount of blood. a lousy procedure which effectively suspends an athlete's training and resumes it a few days later.

advanced testing means using hair follicles for tests or just urine samples. who wouldn't welcome such safer, non invasive test?

      only dumb *****s.
Manny has bled more in fights than the "substantial amount of blood" he'll be required to give when tetsed.

      Try again.

Greg Leon interview of Kieth Kizer.

GL: As of now have any petitions been filed?
        KK: "No."

GL: Have the Mayweather people indicated that they will be filing one?
KK: "No. I've talke to Leonard Ellerbe a couple of times over the last couple of weeks and they were very positive conversations. He's always been a professional with us and nothing has changed in that regard. Whether or not he or Mr. Schaefer or anybody else on the Mayweather side of the fight would file something, you have to ask them."
That's how much they care about the tests.

GBP hasn't done ONE OST on ANY of their cards, only the Mosley-Mayweather fight.

        NONE

        ZERO

        0

          that's great.

          now implement it for everyone.

who does it and who pays for it?

Fight deal breaker? Now let's see....

"We want $10 mill per pound overweight penalty."

            "We want 30 days cut-off."

            "We want 24 days cut-off."

"Forget 14 days cut-off. You're outta your mind."

"We said we want 14 days cut-off. Didn't you hear us the first time?"

            "I agreed to everything."

"We agreed to everything except not 7 days before the fight."

I don't even know what point you're trying to make.

Serves me right for getting involved in a May/Pac OST discussion.

but in the end they're willing to take the tests

whether its 7 or 24 or after the fight

WADA refuses to take blood a week before the fight for possible complications

                so why the hold up?

You referred to Pacquiao requesting OSTs as if it were a fight deal breaker.

I merely pointed out that Manny's excuses have been the fight deal breaker since the start of negotiations.

If Manny would've taken the test a long time ago, nobody would be discussing the issue so much.

                    WADA is not USADA.

It took them 'til 'the end' to finally be 'willing' to take a test?

Willing and actually doing it are miles apart.
