Strip clubs are supposed to be for individuals who have a good deal of disposable income to throw away. I know this because when going to graduate school and waiting tables, my wife worked as a stripper. In San Francisco and in Toronto.

Most girls are interested in "regulars" who will feed them at least a couple of hundreds per a visit. My baby would often come home with over a thousand on a decent night, some girls (usually chunky girls believe it, or not) would walk away with much more than that!

Because of one of her regulars my wife and I in our younger days got to see Europe!!

It was a good time, although a lot of girls took a lot of drugs... My wife had very sweet beautiful friends who were hooked on Mexican Mud, a very strong Heroine at the time... bad stuff. Meanwhile if a girl had their shizzle together? she had friends that bought houses, we bought our place with money from "regulars" lol. One girl black as the night, very smart, great girl, beautiful also, married this straight lace German, what a couple they made. He met her at the club and was a regular.

We were together before she started stripping, I thought it was cool, still do! How many guys can say their lady was a stripper lol? I went once to see what it was about and a few times to pick her up, its a whole other world!

By the way the Market Street Cinema in San Francisco is haunted! a lot of stuff went down there and there were two ghosts in back, just an interesting aside.

The problem with Royd's club is that he is trying to be a "high end" club where people are prepared to drop at least a grand when they come in. Strip clubs are ridiculous cash disposals as it is, then he wants to even go way beyond that. His location is not great, the club is pretty small compared to the others close to it, and worst of all he seems to have alienated the hotels and drivers who are the lifes blood os all Vegas clubs. Especially off-strip clubs. I can't for the life of me figure out why he would try to do a place like this and not do it on the strip or better yet inside a casino if they allow that. If he's gonna be a big baller anyway, why not go for the gold? Instead he skimped on location and banked on his name and press coverage to get all his clientele. Well Retired Floyd is a total citizen. It's a joke when people see him in Vegas. People consider him a buffoon. Nobody gives a rat dick about Floyd Mayweather Jr if he's not fighting Conor or Manny or Oscar. They're certainly not going to pay hundreds just to go into his crack den and watch him flaunt the money he expects them to overspend, walking around with plastic bags full of fake cash. It's just a matter of time before people, who actually believe he keeps hundreds of thousands in cash at his booth, raid this place with shotguns and take a few kneecaps out before escaping with a couple hundred thousand in fake cash.

If your woman was still stripping, would you let her work in a club 2 blocks from one of the worst ghettos in Las Vegas, away from the strip where it would be so easy to do dirt, where the owner constantly posts videos and pictures of himself and employees carrying huge clear bags of cash around in the club with no armed guards?

Yes... some people don't want any part of it, I would not hold that against one... When she was doing this, we had not had our children yet...we stopped before the first child, a year or so before lol.

My own feeling is that when a woman controls what she allows that way, within reason, i.e. clothes on, limited touching, it is less exploitive than when a boss takes all your time, and can potentially control a lot more of you. Sounds like a typical situation where no due dillegence and high expectations combine to become a money vacuum. All the things you mention contribute to the problem. Location and safety are primary. When Lisa did stripping and lap dances safety was the biggest issue for me and a good club is amazingly safe. The girls deal with whom they want, and the staff is ready to pounce if someone looks cross eyed at the ladies! lol, I am exxageratting but I knew the security guys and they all had one thing in common: they were all what I would call Jewish mothers lol... They would be therapist to the girls who had problems stern to girls who did something they may regret later, and just in general had good intentions.

Toronto was not as good that way as San Francisco but a lot of that was because of the damn weather! In any case I would be willing to bet that the girls at Floyd's place pay a lot of money to management to ply their trade, and that there is a lot of stuff that goes on in the backrooms. I also never felt like Floyd knows what a sexy babygirl really looks like...at least not from his choice of strippers one would see him with.

Strip clubs are like restaurants: Everybody is gonna make lots of money! well statistically? very few make it and your absolutely right about location because if A PERSON IS GONNA WALK INTO A PLACE WITH LOADS OF CASH THEY WILL NOT DO SO IN A QUESTIONABLE AREA!

And I love the "High End" moniker...to bad one has to earn that title lol. Hustler tried the same thing, calling themselves a gentleman's club, etc. High end usually means when you have very sexy women. Its really that simple. There are also many tranny clubs and its sad because the women in these clubs look from a cursory glance, gorgeous...and then what a suprise. Floyd does not have much class and its obvious to people. All the money in the world does not change that.
