Because anything paid by tax dollars, which this would be, sure ain't a sacrifice by all.

As to other nations, not all have it. But those that do, they have the money typically because of two reasons; 1) they dont have high defense spending because we provide their defense, and 2) we give those countries tons of foreign aid.

Look, we're already running deficits now. That means we cant pay the bills we already have. Its sheer intensity to run up more bills when you already can't pay your current bills.
