                As long as boxing remains popular there, I think we'll continue to see good talent coming from Eastern EU.

                  At heavyweight, yes. In 2007, eight of the Ring Magazine top ten were from ex-Soviet nations. Now it's just Wlad and Pulev (Povetkin seems to have been dropped for doping)
