if pac retires and floyd doesn't continue with OST for all his fights, we will know for sure that floyd used OST to duck pac.

I doubt floyd will want to pay USADA $20-40k per fight against guys he has no fear of like matt hatton or that ginger kid. I think floyd will retire AGAIN if HBO won't pay him a $15-20 mill per fight.

Well for one, he isn't trying to clean up the sport like he is saying. He wants his fights to be clean. So, as long as he is fighting, he will have the tests in his fights. Now, other may do the same testing, but that was never his intent. I can see through that.

If Mayweather had dropped the OST demands when he signed with Mosley i would have considered it a ***** move, but he didn't. If, once Pac retires, Mayweather feels it's no longer needed to "help clean up the sport of boxing" then it would still be a ***** move.
