I spent my share of time in arcades as a teenager. I played it a few times and that was it. It wasn't the type of game I liked. There was usually dudes playing it though. It was a pretty popular game.

Austin had one of the first classic arcades, it opened in 2010.

I was there opening day, as I expected it to close shop pretty quick.

Years later the guy and his wife have 3 locations.

They serve food and liquor too, except at one location where Austin permitting issues haven't allowed it. It's BYOB.
