The Duran-Chavez tie at the top is a cop-out! Although contrary to popular opinion, it would've been more honest to rank Chavez at #1 by himself. Duran does not share the top Latin spot with anyone, and unlike Chavez, he makes the top 10 (greatest of all time overall) on the vast majority of rankings.
