Hey, I know there is a nutrition thread, but its basically on how to make food lol. So, I was wondering what do you guys eat through out the day for energy and steady weight. Also, what is a meal plan like for cutting and training?

Just watch your calories. Read the back of everything. Lately I've been eating low calorie, organic food, never eating late unless its a piece of fruit like an apple. And drink water all day. The weight will slide off.

If you're boxing then you want to eat eat eat. You know what's healthy and what isn't. Don't be scared to eat junk food when you get a craving.
